Festivities in Catalonia

In Catalonia, we celebrate lots of festivities. Some of the most important ones are the following ones:

- October celebrations: Castanyada is a traditional festivity in Catalonia celebrated on the 31st October, but, nowadays, most people also celebrates Halloween, or what we call "Castaween".

- Christmas traditions: from the 24th December to the 6th January we have lots of traditions related to Christmas.

- Easter: for 10 days (March or April), we celebrate Easter.

- Sant Jordi: the 23rd April is a national festivity in our country.

Festivities in Greece

In Greece, we celebrate a lot of festivities. Some of the most important ones are the following:

-October: 28th of October National Holiday Day of OHI but nowadays a lot of people celebreate Halloween on 31rst October.

-Christmas: Christmas is celebrated in Greece from 24th to 6th of January with a lot of traditions.

-Easter: Greek people celebrate Easter with a lot of traditions . Easter is between April or May.

March: 25th of March National Holiday of the Greek Revolution.
